Head of Sales Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to join our team at a leading food company based in the North West. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team and key grocery customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with key customers to drive category growth across the UK retail market.
  • Develop and execute channel and account strategies to deliver budgeted P&L for your customer base.
  • Win new business and listings targets across the market.
  • Provide best-in-class account management of existing customers.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Take full commercial responsibility for your accounts, including forecasting, P&L, and development and execution of JBP to achieve targets.
  • Work cross-functionally with other business functions.
  • Be a leading voice within the business and a go-to figure for junior members of the team.

Requirements:

  • Clear experience managing a team and UK retail customers.
  • Hunger to progress, learn, cultivate, and build a winning team.
  • Full P&L responsibility, experienced with complex JBP negotiations.
