Visiting Scheme Coordinator

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Visiting Scheme Manager to join our team. As a Visiting Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our residents, ensuring their well-being and independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the general upkeep of the building, including organizing repairs and maintenance of communal areas and the structure of the property.
- Manage contractors, including weekly cleaning, gardening, and bimonthly window cleaning.
- Develop and nurture good working relationships with residents, contractors, and clients.
- Provide advice and support to residents on leasehold enquires, property alterations, and other matters.
- Carry out daily scheme visits to conduct compliance checks and make daily calls to residents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of building maintenance and management.
- Ability to use applications such as Outlook and Word.
- Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
