Visiting Scheme Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Visiting Scheme Manager to join our team at Clarion Housing Group. As a Visiting Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our residents, ensuring their well-being and independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the general upkeep of the building, including organizing repairs and maintenance of communal areas and the structure of the property.
- Coordinate with contractors for weekly cleaning, gardening, and bimonthly window cleaning.
- Develop and nurture good working relationships with residents, contractors, and clients.
- Provide advice and support to residents on leasehold enquires, property alterations, and other matters.
- Conduct daily scheme visits to carry out compliance checks and make daily calls to residents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of building maintenance and property management.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook and Word.
- Ability to travel across the region as required.
