Visiting Scheme Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Visiting Scheme Manager to join our team at Clarion Housing Group. As a Visiting Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their well-being and independence.
About the Role:- Manage and maintain the general upkeep of the building, including organizing repairs and maintenance of communal areas and the property structure.
- Coordinate with contractors for weekly cleaning, gardening, and bimonthly window cleaning.
- Develop and nurture good working relationships with residents, contractors, and clients.
- Provide advice and support to residents on leasehold enquires, property alterations, and other matters.
- Conduct daily scheme visits to carry out compliance checks and make daily calls to residents.
- You will have excellent communication skills, a 'can-do' attitude, and the ability to work independently.
- You will be organized, able to prioritize tasks, and have a good understanding of building maintenance.
- You will be an excellent communicator who enjoys working closely with people from all backgrounds.
- You will have a good standard of IT knowledge and understanding, including proficiency in applications such as Outlook and Word.
