The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for processing orders and quotes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining sales records. You will work closely with our Account Managers to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders and quotes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure sales records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Work closely with Account Managers to achieve sales targets
  • Perform data entry duties to track sales figures and metrics
  • Be the first point of contact for general customer enquiries
  • Support the Account Managers in other tasks that improve the sales process
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of data entry software
  • Experience in a sales or administrative role is an advantage
