The Role

We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for processing orders and quotes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining sales records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, adhering to our sales process and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Support Account Managers with day-to-day management of customer accounts, including producing quotes, processing orders, and tracking deliveries.
  • Assist in other tasks that improve our sales process and contribute to the growth of our business.
  • Be the primary point of contact for general customer inquiries.
  • Perform data entry duties related to sales figures and other key metrics.

Requirements

  • A strong desire to progress and develop a career in a fast-paced industry.
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment is not essential, but a willingness to learn and adapt is crucial.
  • Resilience, tenacity, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A keen eye for detail, as you will be handling high-value and time-sensitive orders.

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 with a 20% bonus opportunity, OTE £26,400 to £30,000.
