We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator. As a Sales Administrator at Vuba, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Managers in processing orders, quotes, and sales records.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely responses to inbound sales and customer service enquiries, adhering to our sales process and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Support Account Managers with day-to-day management of customer accounts, including producing quotes, processing orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Assist Account Managers in improving the Vuba sales process by performing various tasks.
- Be the first point of contact for general customer enquiries.
- Perform data entry duties related to sales figures and other key metrics.
- A strong desire to progress and develop a career in a fast-paced industry.
- No prior experience in a manufacturing environment is necessary.
- Resilience, tenacity, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing.
- A keen eye for detail, as you will be handling a high volume of high-value and time-sensitive orders.
Based in Beverley, the working hours are 8am - 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday, and 7am - 3pm on Fridays. You will be required to work one Saturday each month as part of your hours.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000, with a 20% bonus opportunity, and a range of benefits, including regular team socials, company bonus and incentive schemes, 24 days' holiday plus bank holidays, and opportunities for career growth and progression.
