About the Opportunity:
SPD Technology is seeking a Talent Capacity Expert to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a significant impact on our business.

The salary for this position is $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including 20 days of paid vacation, unlimited sick leave, 4 days of emergency leave, medical insurance, and more.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Create policies, procedures, and processes that regulate internal workforce management according to the business strategy;
  • Manage bench resources ensuring financial discipline while optimizing resource allocation;
  • Oversee ramp downs on projects – making sure all employees stay in the company and are moved to another billable project in a timely manner;
