We are looking for a skilled Capacity Relationship Manager to join our team at Howden Group Holdings.

As a Capacity Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with capacity providers/prospective capacity providers on behalf of DUAL. You will work closely with the Howden Markets team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and build strong partnerships with existing capacity providers.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a broking/underwriting/relationship management role and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. They should be highly organized, with good planning/prioritisation/time management skills.

You will be responsible for servicing and managing strategic capacity relationships for DUAL, within the context of the broader Howden carrier management and engagement strategy. You will also be required to understand the insurers' businesses and their needs in order to seek further opportunities for them to work in collaboration with DUAL or alternatively anticipate capacity challenges in advance.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth and success of the company. The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
