Elderly Care Deputy Director

Leaders in Care is looking for an experienced Elderly Care Deputy Director to join our team in the Epsom area. As a member of our family-run provider of outstanding nursing homes, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elderly nursing, with experience in supervisory roles and a clear understanding of CQC standards. They will be responsible for overseeing all clinical aspects of care within the home, including staff induction and clinical supervision.
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will be able to develop your skills and expertise as a Clinical Deputy Manager. You will be part of a close-knit team, working together to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
