Job Opportunity for BCM Professional

This exciting Financial Services organisation has a unique opportunity for an experienced Business Continuity professional to step into a Business Continuity AVP role for vital work in the organisation.

This is a great role as you will be a part of the BAU team and this company offers great career progression.

In this role, you will report directly into the Head of Operational Resilience and be responsible for assisting the delivery of the ISO22301 certification, coordinating BC exercises, conducting policy/plan reviews, conducting BIA's, assisting with Ops Res MI, and assisting in the impact assessment.

To be successful in this role, you must have extensive working knowledge with BCM and an understanding of Operational Resilience.

You will have access to a competitive benefits package, including a base salary between £60,000- £80,000, an annual bonus, pension contribution (double matched up to 10%), income protection, critical illness, Private medical, yearly salary review, amongst other benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
