Electrical Maintenance Specialist for Power Plant

Astute's Power team is partnering with a leading Power Company to recruit an Electrically skilled Multi-skilled Technician for its Suffolk site.
The salary for this position is approximately £39,000 + benefits.
This role involves maintaining complex mechanical equipment in a heavy process environment. You will report to the Maintenance Manager and be responsible for:
Maintenance Activities- Maintaining, repairing, and installing instrumentation systems, including pressure, temperature, flow, and level control systems.
- Ensuring continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS) operate correctly.
- Managing accurate maintenance records using the site's computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Supervising on-site contractors when necessary.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A recognized Electrical Engineering qualification, such as NVQ Level 3 or HNC.
- At least four years of experience working in a maintenance team within a heavy process setting.
- Strong understanding of mechanical fault-finding techniques applicable to heavy process environments.
