About the Role

We are seeking a talented Client Acquisition and Retention Manager to join our team at Command Recruitment. As a Client Acquisition and Retention Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as developing and maintaining existing relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and relationship-building.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Manage and maintain existing client relationships to ensure long-term loyalty and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
