Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the maintenance team to ensure the site's equipment and facilities are maintained in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule to ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out.
  • Audit and ensure compliance of the engineering data systems.
  • Optimise equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements.
  • Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors.

Requirements

  • City and Guilds, apprenticeship, HND, HNC or similar in an engineering-related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role.
