We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Adult Clinical Lead. You will develop and implement monitoring and reporting systems that promote safe, effective, and high-quality service delivery. Your expertise in wound care, dementia care, and end-of-life management and planning will be invaluable in supporting the development and delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the nursing and care teams within our facilities
  • Develop and implement monitoring and reporting systems to ensure safe and effective service delivery
  • Provide training and support to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality care
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve quality standards and improve services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' post-registration experience in a nursing home or community environment
  • Experience in wound care, dementia care, and end-of-life management and planning
  • Knowledge of the risk assessment process and care and support planning processes
  • A flexible approach to hours and work
  • A commitment to achieving quality standards
  • A full driving licence
