Staffworx is Hiring a Senior NoSQL DBA

We are seeking an experienced NoSQL DBA to join our team at Staffworx. As a leading recruitment consultancy, we support the global E-commerce, software, and consulting sectors.

The ideal candidate will have commercial experience as a Couchbase NoSQL DBA, with a strong background in logical and physical database architecture. Experience with automation, virtualisation, and containerisation technologies such as VMware, Docker, and Kubernetes is also essential.

The successful candidate will have expertise in NoSQL DB performance tuning, XDCR replication, and experience with Kafka, Elastic Search, Java, or Scala. A strong understanding of SQL, N1QL, SQL++, and JSON is also required.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in OLTP and DWH environments, including AWS Aurora, AWS RDS, Couchbase, MongoDB, or Cassandra. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a remote contract environment with occasional site visits.
