About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Couchbase NoSQL DBA to join our team at Staffworx Limited. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing logical and physical database architecture for our leading enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement database architecture for enterprise clients
  • Work with automation, virtualization, and containerization technologies such as VMware, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Perform Couchbase performance tuning and optimization
  • Develop and maintain database replication using Couchbase XDCR
  • Collaborate with developers to implement database solutions using Kafka, Elastic Search, Java, and Scala
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in database management
Requirements
  • Strong experience with Couchbase and NoSQL databases
  • Proficiency in SQL, N1QL, and SQL++
  • Knowledge of multi-dimensional scaling, caching, and indexing
  • Experience with OLTP and DWH systems such as AWS Aurora, AWS RDS, and Couchbase
  • Ability to work in a remote-based contract, outside IR35
