About the Role:
Our client, a leading provider of affordable homes in the UK, is seeking a skilled Domestic Heating Systems Specialist to join their Heating Compliance Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of heating systems, including non-gas heating systems such as Heat Interface Units (HIUs).
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical guidance on domestic heating systems
• Ensure all non-gas and renewable energy programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant with regulations
• Monitor contractors' performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Address customer concerns and ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution
Requirements:
• Experience with domestic heating systems of varying energy technologies
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards for domestic heating
• Project management skills and a willingness to work directly with external contractors
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
