About the Role

The Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Transformation Project Manager to join our Service Transformation Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple improvement projects across various departments within the Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver improvement projects independently, ensuring timely completion and effective implementation of service improvements.
  • Act as a role model, promoting a culture of civility, inclusivity, and positive performance management, and contribute to the development of a high-performing team.
  • Support the Service Transformation Managers in leading large-scale transformation programs, aligning with the Trust's strategic objectives and priorities.
  • Lead the performance monitoring and reporting of improvement projects, ensuring progress is tracked against agreed key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Undertake complex data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and review progress against agreed key performance indicators.
  • Manage and report on risks and issues within projects, escalating to the project Senior Responsible Officer and operational leads as required.
  • Assist in creating and delivering internal and external presentations, reports, and communication materials to support the delivery of improvements.
