We are seeking a skilled Horticultural Specialist to join our team at PHS Group Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our customers' floral displays and hanging baskets, ensuring they are always looking their best.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and a strong understanding of gardening practices. You will be working on both interior and exterior projects, maintaining plant displays, and assisting with new installations. Your skills and professionalism will be essential in promoting our core values and providing great customer care.
In return for your expertise, you will receive a competitive salary of between £25,000 and £26,500, plus a £500 performance bonus. You will also have access to 23 days' holiday plus bank holidays, a holiday buy and sell scheme, career progression opportunities, and a pension.
As a Green Space Maintenance Professional, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from installing and cleaning hanging baskets to trimming and watering plants. You will be supplied with the tools and equipment you need to provide the best quality service to our customers.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good safety record, a full UK driving license, and a trailer license (if applicable). Preferred qualifications include PA1, PA6, Lantra, and NPTC.
