About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Horticultural Specialist to join our team in the Winchester area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of horticulture, including pruning, planting and weeding.
  • Assist with the maintenance of equipment and tools.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for horticulture and a strong understanding of plants and their care.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A full UK driving licence (as some travel may be required).

£25,000 - £26,500 per annum (plus a performance-based bonus of up to £500)
