The Role:

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading by example and setting the tone for excellent customer service
  • Managing a team of servers and bartenders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to drive growth
  • Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
