Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity at Prezzo Aberdeen

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team in Aberdeen. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every customer leaves happy and wanting to return.

The Role:
  • Lead a team of waiting staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assist in managing restaurant operations, including inventory and stock control
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve staff performance and retention
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
