Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity at Prezzo

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

The Role:

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our waiting staff, managing table service, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our management team to achieve our goals and contribute to the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate our waiting staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage table service, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling customer complaints
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant
  • Work closely with our management team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development of our team members and provide coaching and feedback as needed
