About the Role: Long Term Futures Ltd is seeking a highly skilled SEN Support Specialist to join our team in supporting children in their early years. As an Inclusive Learning Assistant in EYFS and KS1, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to children with SEN, ensuring they engage effectively with the curriculum.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with SEN in EYFS and KS1, using evidence-based strategies to enhance their learning experience.
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCo to develop and implement individualised learning plans.
- Contribute to creating a safe and inclusive environment that promotes growth and confidence in children.
- Document student progress and contribute to regular reviews and strategy updates.
- Assist with personal care and sensory needs where required.
Ideal Candidate: We require an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who has a deep understanding of SEN-specific strategies and practices. You will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
