Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Care Professional to join our team of dedicated care assistants. As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our clients in their own homes. This is a part-time position, with a variety of shifts available, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care to clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily living tasks and personal care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A competitive hourly rate of £14.00 (double on Bank Holidays)
- Mileage paid at 30p-45p per mile
- Pension and holiday pay
- Blue Light Discount card eligibility
- Tailored client schedule for efficiency and minimal travel time
