About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant with Altogether Care LLP, you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering individuals to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and assist individuals with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Empower individuals to make their own decisions and choices, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Provide physical and emotional support to individuals, including assistance with daily living tasks and activities.
  • Help individuals participate in health care and personal appointments, ensuring they receive the care and support they need.
  • Foster positive relationships with individuals, their families, colleagues, and other professionals, promoting a culture of care and respect.
  • Utilize mobile technology to record and deliver quality care, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Uphold the principles of Altogether Care LLP's values, including compassion, empathy, and respect for individuals.
  • Implement and follow safe working practices, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for individuals and colleagues.
