About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Liberty Private Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver personalized care and assistance to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This may include tasks such as personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and accompanying clients on outings.

As a Care Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our management and other care professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Deliver personalized care plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Accompany clients on outings and activities
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and progress
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a regulated adult care service
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car
  • Ability to work flexibly, including alternate weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
