About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our global team based primarily in the US and India, but also the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability, scalability, and performance of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automation solutions to simplify operations and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure positive end-user experiences.
  • Apply sound engineering principles and operational discipline to our operating environment and codebase.
Requirements
  • Experience working with API gateways and RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of Linux administration and navigation, as well as data center experience.
  • Experience with SQL and Postgres databases.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with product and client teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Banking sector experience.
  • Solid understanding of networking and SSL/certificate security.
  • Knowledge of Linux administration and navigation, as well as data center experience.
  • Java, Python, Shell Scripting, and Bash Scripting knowledge.
