Reliability Maintenance Engineer

The Reliability Maintenance Engineering team at Amazon is crucial to our operations, ensuring that our equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. As a Reliability Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the reliability and availability of our equipment, preventing machine downtime, and ensuring the safety of our colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment
  • Uphold all health and safety policies and practices
  • Work on continuous improvement projects and roll out best practices across a range of EU sites

You will carry out a range of planned preventative maintenance to our sites' equipment to ensure it is working safely. You will also make suggestions for long-term improvements. Working alongside senior colleagues, you will undertake day-to-day maintenance tasks like painting and plumbing and will liaise with contractors if needed.

You will work on a range of shifts to ensure our sites are supported around the clock, allowing Amazon to deliver at the speed we are known for. Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team keeps our equipment performing at its best, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment across our global network of fulfillment centers.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience working in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
  • Advanced proficiency in the local language verbally and in writing
  • Experience in condition-based monitoring
