Digital Account Manager

Forward Role is excited to partner with a leading wholesale distributor in the UK to find an experienced Ecommerce Account Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage their in-house wellness brand, driving revenue growth and taking the brand to the next level.
Job Description:- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brands, managing all aspects of the account, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and overall brand performance.
- Develop and implement brand strategies to drive sales and increase conversion rates, including identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to optimize product listings, ensuring content is accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Provide regular performance reports, showcasing metrics such as sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Use data to refine strategies and improve results.
