Mechanical Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Project Coordinator to join our Research & Development function in Southampton. As an Undergraduate Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, developing and delivering commercial manufacturing solutions for new-to-world or new-to-group technologies and products.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in multiple live projects, contributing to all aspects of the project lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Next Generation Products, Research & Development, and Procurement.
- Develop and improve presentation skills, working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to cross-functional and departmental working, participating in other research activities as appropriate.
- Working towards a degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Mechatronic Engineering or a related subject.
- Knowledge of CAD and its applications.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with speed and precision, delivering against agreed priorities.
