About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Project Coordinator to join our team in Southampton. As a Mechanical Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects, including ideation, planning, execution, and delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Research & Development, Manufacturing Innovations Group, and Procurement
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Working towards a degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Mechatronic Engineering (or a related subject)
  • Strong knowledge of CAD and its applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
