About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Avonmouth. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with cerebral palsy and complex needs to develop their skills and become independent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Encourage and support young people to participate in activities and take responsibility for their own lives.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment in the residential setting.
  • Provide personal care and support as needed.
  • Support young people to develop their independence and well-being.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of the young people in your care.
Requirements
  • Experience working as an adult support worker in a similar setting is desirable.
  • NVQ or QCF level 3 in Adult Social Care.
  • A passion for supporting people with complex needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
