We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team at Solutions Driven.
About the RoleThis role involves developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy focused on building relationships with channel partners in EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with company goals.
- Identify and onboard new partners that align with our target market and strategic objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams for business development initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with new partners.
- Track progress and prepare regular reports on business development activities.
- A results-oriented individual with exceptional relationship-building skills.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- A self-starter comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the industrial process industry or building management systems is a plus, but not required.
- A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum based on experience.
