About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Apprentice Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Synergi Recruitment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our plant and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and resolve faults across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems.
- Execute planned preventative maintenance tasks as directed by the Engineering Manager.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, or a completed apprenticeship with an electrical bias (70% electrical, 30% mechanical).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and engineering drawings.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in written and spoken English.
