Care Team Leaders: Lead the Way in Senior Care

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at the Aster Group. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained in our residential care settings.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a dedicated team of caring professionals to deliver exceptional care to our residents
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure seamless care delivery and high-quality services
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with CQC standards
- Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with best practices in senior care
- Minimum Level 3 diploma in Health and Social Care
- Proven experience in a senior care role, preferably in a residential care setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Knowledge of dementia and CQC standards
- DBS clearance or willingness to undergo the process
