About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at the Aster Group. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained in our residential care settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a dedicated team of caring professionals to deliver exceptional care to our residents
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure seamless care delivery and high-quality services
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with CQC standards
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with best practices in senior care
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 diploma in Health and Social Care
  • Proven experience in a senior care role, preferably in a residential care setting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of dementia and CQC standards
  • DBS clearance or willingness to undergo the process
