As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Management: You will be responsible for the efficient supply of prescriptions and other pharmacy services to our customers.
- Team Leadership: You will lead, train, and develop a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Service Delivery: You will be responsible for the delivery of a range of NHS and private services, including healthcare advice and support to customers.
- Charity Support: You will play an active role in our charity support program, providing advice and support to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: You will have a Pharmacy Degree and be a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Leadership Skills: You will be passionate about leading and empowering a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Regulatory Compliance: You will be willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and complete a DBS check before employment.
