Pharmacy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Redefined Ltd. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of pharmacy professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GPhC standards and PSNI regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with regional healthcare managers to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a community pharmacy setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of NHS pharmacy funding and target achievement.
