As a key member of our ESG team, you will be responsible for delivering high-value ESG assurance and advisory services to a wide range of mid-market private and listed companies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the ESG assurance team through an exciting period of growth and expansion, driving ambitious growth plans and delivering ESG assurance and advice to clients in a range of industry sectors.
- Be the subject matter expert across the firm on changes to sustainability/ESG regulations and reporting requirements, ensuring teams' practices and service offerings are compliant with assurance standards.
- Originating and developing a pipeline of prospects, partnering with board-level executives on complex ESG issues, negotiating and influencing where required.
- Maintain quality of engagements, with a key focus on improvement and feedback, motivating and encouraging team members, providing timely constructive feedback.
- Utilize your understanding of ESG and market insights on trends and technology to identify how to maximize client coverage and opportunities.
- Experience leading non-audit assurance teams specializing in ESG, with a high level of familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and standards (ISSB, CSRD, etc.).
- Experience of designing and implementing non-audit assurance work programs, comfortable delivering ESG advisory projects (Double materiality assessments, Gap analysis, maturity Assessments, etc.).
- Ideal candidate will be qualified ACA.
