Key Responsibilities:- Stay up-to-date with changes to sustainability/ESG regulations and reporting requirements, providing expert guidance to our clients.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.
- Ensure our ESG assurance and advisory services are compliant with industry standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and excellence.
- Partner with board-level executives to address complex ESG issues, providing strategic advice and guidance.
- Utilize your expertise in ESG and market insights to identify opportunities for client growth and expansion.
- Maintain the quality of our engagements, focusing on improvement and feedback.
- Motivate and develop our ESG assurance team, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Lead our ESG assurance team through a period of growth and expansion, driving innovation and excellence.
- Proven experience leading non-audit assurance teams specializing in ESG.
- Experience in designing and implementing non-audit assurance work programs.
- Ability to deliver ESG advisory projects, including double materiality assessments, gap analysis, and maturity assessments.
