Job Summary:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Contribute to the development of individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
- Support residents during mealtimes and provide assistance with eating and drinking if needed.
- Help identify and implement strategies to promote residents' physical activity and engagement in meaningful activities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of [£11.00-£14.00] per hour, depending on experience.
- A valid DBS check and willingness to undergo further training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
