Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our sales team as a Trade Branch Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our uPVC product division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the building materials industry.
  • Strong knowledge of uPVC products, their applications, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive business growth.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of up to £41,543 per year (basic salary: £31,559).
