Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at K3 Capital Group Plc. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients across the UK, working closely with our Commercial Directors to identify new business opportunities.
As a Senior Client Relations Manager, you will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients looking to sell their businesses. You will work closely with our outbound sales teams to qualify appointments in the diaries, ensuring that they meet the required standards.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in managing diaries within an appointment setting environment, and a proven track record of success in B2B sales. A strong ability to build relationships with clients, manage your own time and diary, and work to targets and deadlines is essential.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (basic salary) + uncapped commission structure. Benefits include:
