Bureau Manager Role at Travelex

Travelex is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Bureau Manager to join our team in Fulbourn, Cherry Hinton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Travel Service Partners, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Travel Service Partners to deliver outstanding customer service and meet performance targets.
  • Nurture and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze customer feedback, service levels, and team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive business growth.
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures.
  • Drive business growth by delivering on key performance indicators, procedural, operational, and customer-focused.
  • Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
