Travel Money Advisor Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Travel Money Advisor to join our team at Travelex. As a Travel Money Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expertise in foreign exchange to our retail customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services.
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused.
  • Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures.

Requirements:

  • Numerically proficient, with a firm grasp of numbers to handle large amounts of cash and currency.
  • IT proficient, with a basic understanding of computers and in-house till systems.
  • Great communicator, with the ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Desire to succeed, with a drive to make a difference and enjoy what you do.
