Join Our Team as a Travel Money Advisor

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Travel Money Advisor to join our team at Tesco Fulbourn, Cherry Hinton. As a Travel Money Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services.
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused.
  • Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
Requirements:
  • Numerical proficiency, with a firm grasp of numbers and handling large amounts of cash.
  • IT proficiency, with a basic understanding of computers and in-house till systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • A desire to succeed and make a positive impact on our customers' travel experiences.
