Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Worker to join our team at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Bank Clerical Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our wards and departments, ensuring that our services run smoothly and efficiently.

Main Duties

As a Temporary Administration Staff member, you will work on a full-time or part-time basis to fill short or long-term temporary assignments or vacancies. You will have the opportunity to work in different environments, both clinical and non-clinical, and will be required to demonstrate good communication skills and working relationships.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of working in an administrative role, be able to work on a computer, and have good organisational and prioritisation skills. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service and working as part of a team.
