Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Recovery Care Coordinator to join our team at Spire South Bank Hospital. As a key member of our operating theatre team, you will be responsible for coordinating the recovery process for patients after surgery.

  • You will oversee the preparation and transfer of patients to the Critical Care or Recovery area, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Your duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective recovery plans to ensure patient safety and comfort.
  • Collaborating with the surgical team to communicate patient status and progress.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to senior staff.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, based on experience.
