Our purpose-built care facility boasts 74 spacious bedrooms, inviting lounges, a convenient shop, beautifully landscaped gardens, and a serene bird-watching area. Our goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents, where they can feel at home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all allocated rooms, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment
  • Cleaning the bathrooms and toilets, with particular attention to guidelines for the control of germs and infestation
  • Ensure that rooms are free from odors and unpleasant smells
  • To be aware of the health and safety procedures and protocols in place
  • To handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies
  • Be familiar with the required care standards and regulations governing your role
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of our residents and staff at all times

Requirements and Preferences:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry is preferred, but not essential
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
